Aaron Harden

CEO/Owner

Aaron has lived in Washington with his wife Deborah and daughter Ruby for 5 years after moving from Florida to join the family business. Aaron has an MBA from the University of Florida and has a depth of experience in the building services, maintenance and specialty cleaning industries. Aaron enjoys making beer and BBQ and is proud to lead the Top Notch team.

Betony Payne

General Manager

After Brian, her husband, became a part of Top Notch, it was only a matter of time before she joined the company in 2018. She has always worked for small, family owned companies and has 15+ years experience of small business management. After spending many years in the Pet and Veterinarian field, she made the shift to window cleaning. But if you have a pet, she’ll gladly chat with you about your baby on the phone. When she isn’t here at Top Notch, she enjoys traveling, drawing, and learning Cambodian. Anyone up for a Southeast Asian vacation? Or anywhere, really.

Wes Guillen

Wes would like everyone to know this is his beautiful wife Tori and she is at the center of his life. Wes enjoys trying to live a simple life. He and Tori love the outdoors and live in a great place for it. Some things he enjoys include listening to and playing music, backpacking, sports…and of course, food! We feel our most important focus is on the Bible, which we believe is God’s word, and we strive to live by it best we can. Wes enjoys working with Top Notch because of the relaxed, yet professional atmosphere, great crew, and it is physical work outside.

Ian Flogerzi

Estimator/Service Technician

Hi, my name is Ian. I’ve been with Top Notch over 3 years. I started in the field as a tech in WA, transitioned to the office working remotely from southern CA, and have now moved back to WA and do both! So I might see you in person to clean your home and talk with you on the phone. My wife Nicolle also works here. Outside of work I have two small dogs, I enjoy photography, and all things creative. I like to play guitar, watch movies, and hang with my family while volunteering in the community. Thanks for stopping by!

Nicolle Flogerzi

Office Administrator

Nicolle has 10+ years experience in office administration and is happy to be a part of the Top Notch team, joining recently in 2020. Ian, her husband has been with Top Notch for over 3 years and they are happy to make this a family affair. They reside in WA with their two fur babies, Schrute and Swanson. Nicolle is an avid reader and her favorite pastime is reading in a cozy corner with a cup of coffee. There’s always something creative happening in her life – she loves the hunt of thrifting, photography, jewelry making and baking…she is willing to try anything creative.

Hi my name is Joshua but everyone calls me Josh. I am from Ireland and moved here over 2 years ago. I have 13 years of experience in this industry. I like playing golf, drinking beer and playing games.

Myles Wendt

Myles was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN and relocated to Washington in 2022. He learned the window cleaning trade from his father at a very young age and has been working hard ever since! In his free time, he enjoys gardening with his husband, looking for agates, and hanging out with his pup, Moxxi. He and his husband also love all the outdoor adventures that Washington has to offer- from hunting to camping, you can always find them outside!

“Like most people, I absolutely hate the idea of having to haul out the ladders and cleaning equipment to wash my windows. However, by the same token I do not like looking through windows that have a haze on them. In Washington we live through many months of gray weather, and if my windows are dirty and it is gray outside, it can be borderline depressing. Clean windows can make for a brighter day even when it is gray and gloomy. I am a pretty cheap individual that has a problem with people I don’t know coming into my house to do anything.
